Rental Agreement

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment and the submitted Credit Card form. This will also confirm your agreement with the terms of the Rental Agreement noted here.​

Applicant(s) agrees that number of adults will not exceed maximum noted for the cabin(s) being rented.

Property Restrictions:

  • No Smoking is permitted inside cabins – Violations will result in a $200 charge and immediate vacancy.

  • No rentals will be permitted to anyone under the age of 21.

  • No daily Maid Service.

  • No cabin parties or loud and offensive behavior, as such to disturb neighbors, will be permitted. We have the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate without refund.

  • No Pets are permitted on the premise – Violations will result in a $200 charge and immediate vacancy.

  • Falsified Reservations: any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

  • We will not assume responsibility for inclement weather, road conditions or early departure for any reason.

  • We will not be responsible for accidents involving any misuse of property, including use of the lake.

  • Upon departure we ask that you leave the kitchen clean, collect trash and put bags in trash receptacles located in the front of the camp. Please ensure the receptacle lids are firmly closed. Windows and doors are to be closed and locked. Do not leave food or trash.

  • All cabins have full kitchens containing pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. You are responsible to provide your own food, toiletries and bedding.

  • Stolen Acres provides 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels per cabin per stay.


A credit card needs to be provided as security against damage to cabin, or property, theft, late check-out and violation of any renter’s agreement contained in this Agreement. An inspection is done after each check-out for any damage done to real or personal property. The applicant(s) shall be liable and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry and other personal property, arising out of or in any way related to applicant(s) use of the premises or items of personal property provided by owners. Applicant(s) hereby agrees to indemnity and hold owners harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to applicant(s) use of premises or items therein. Applicant(s) assumes the risk of injury or losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold owners harmless with respect thereof.

Payment:

  • Final payment including Sales tax is necessary to confirm your reservation. This will also include a $75 cleaning fee per cabin per stay.

  • Payment is made through the Stolen Acres website (www.stolenacres.com) using PayPal or Credit Card. 


Cancellations:
If reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, a refund will be given less a $100 cancellation fee.
